JOB OPPORTUNITY: HUMAN RESOURCE GENERALIST
KSM MANAGEMENT CONSULTANTS, the largest HR firm in Zambia recently acquired GOZAMBIAJOBS.CO.ZM, becoming the largest recruitment platform in the country. We are now actively seeking for a qualified Human Resource Generalist to join our team.

As a HUMAN RESOURCE GENERALIST, you will play a crucial role in managing HR functions for our organization and clients. You will be responsible for providing expert HR support and guidance to clients, ensuring they have access to top-tier HR services. This role requires a deep understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and the ability to build strong client relationships.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Offer expert HR advice and guidance to clients on complex HR issues.
- Collaborate with clients to develop HR strategies that align with their business goals.
- Assist with workforce planning and talent management.
- Monitor and track employee attendance, paid time off, and leaves of absence.
- Keep clients informed about industry best practices and trends.
- Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.
- Monitor and assist in performance management processes.
- Implementing systematic staff development procedures.
- Ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and confidential HR records of employees in electronic and digital format.
- Handle all employee queries, written or verbal with the utmost confidentiality.
- Keep up to date on current issues and matters related to the HR department.
- Coordinate all staffing and recruitment processes
- Conduct Interviews and prepare recruitment reports.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Human Resource Administration or HR Outsourcing, with a minimum of three (3) years in a similar role.
- Must be a paid-up member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management (ZIHRM).
- Must understand all aspects of Human Resource Management.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- An excellent learner with the ability to work in teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Capacity to interact and form working relationships with people at all levels
- Proficiency in HR software and tools as well as Ms Office packages.
- Organized and ability to multitask
